  4. Click on the link provided to verify your account
  5. And it’s done! You can start using your account on the Call.Me dashboard

You can use Call.Me on any computer in the world, as long as you have a good internet connection and access to a web browser.

Is Call.Me Free?

Are there any system requirements for call.me?

Call.Me works using your web browser, not your computer’s operating system.
You can use Call.Me on the following browsers:

  • Google Chrome (recommended)
  • Mozilla Firefox (full support)
  • Opera (limited support)

Please ensure you keep your web browsers up to date.
Unfortunately, Call.Me is not supported by Internet Explorer or Safari.


I Am Having Trouble Signing In

If you are having trouble signing in you should first make sure of the following:

  • That you are accessing Call.Me on a supported browser; Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox or the Call.Me app.
  • That you are entering the correct username for your account.
  • That you are entering the correct password for your account. To get a password reset, click here


I Am Having Trouble Seeing My Friend During A Video Call

If you are experiencing video problems during a video call you should first make sure of the following:

  • That the webcam icon in a call is not disabled
  • That the webcams of both partners are correctly plugged in and configured
  • That you both have all up-to-date drivers for your visual equipment

Please also be aware that a video call requires more bandwidth than an audio call. You might need to close other applications and tabs if your internet connection is insufficient.


I Am Having Trouble Seeing My Friend During A Video Call

Due to the nature of a P2P network, the archive of chat and calls is only available in the immediate when both parties are online.

As per our no storage policy, for maximum privacy and security messages are not logged and if one participant is offline, they will not receive the message even when they come online again.

Both participants in a call or chat must be online at the same time.


How Can I Change My Password?

If you have forgotten your password, you can click on the following link to request a password reset:

What Can I Do If Someone Has Taken Over My Account?

If you suspect that someone unauthorized has access to your Call.Me account, you should immediately change your password via your account’s registered e-Mail address. You can get a password reset here:


Does Call.Me track my activity?

Call.Me has a no storage policy, meaning we do not keep track of the information shared by our users and we do not utilize cookies. Call.Me will keep track of some information such as call duration and purchase history strictly for invoice purposes. The P2P system means that the content of calls and messages is exclusively between the users involved in a conversation.


What is a premium account?

With a premium Call.Me account, you can do more things with more people. A premium account enables you to call multiple Call.Me users at once, or video call multiple Call.Me users. You won’t see any third-party ads, either. A premium account will also introduce you to the Call.Me gift box, where you have the opportunity to win some.
